Archival Policy

Sometimes, we make a mistake in production. With this in mind, we offer a limited Archival Policy.

For one year after purchase, we cover:

• Print issues: If your print begins to warp, separates from its backing, shows discoloration, or develops smudges or cuts, we’ll make it right.

• Frame issues: From discoloration to large miter gaps, deep scratches, or imperfections in the glass, we’ll repair your frame so it’s as beautiful as the day you received it.

We will handle the repairs for eligible products—all you need to do is cover the cost of shipping and handling.

Please note: This policy does not cover severe damage after delivery. This policy only covers errors that may have been created within production. Certain items, such as books and trial proofs, are excluded from this policy due to their nature and intended use.
